When Strides Interactive Game Studio went looking for a reliable partner who could deliver the highest quality product in the most efficient way available. Polywick Studio, a Manila-based firm that has years of experience providing outsourcing services,

was the perfect solution for their art assets.

The result, is Starlight: Eye of The Storm, a retro 2D Arcade vertical shooter, in the SHMUP genre.

Arts team modelled the 3D foreground objects. Key requirements is ensuring models complements the high speed rendering required for the SHMUP genre.
